Complaints of damage in transport

DELIVERY OF PACKAGES ON THE TERRITORY OF SERBIA

DELIVERY OF INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
All ordered goods to the countries of the REGION and the EU will be delivered within 10 to 15 working days from the date of shipment. In special cases, the delivery time for all orders can be extended. Baby Time Shop will inform the customer in a timely manner (by e-mail or phone call).
The period of processing and sending abroad is done through the Post of Serbia – international transport. The package is delivered to your home address, if it is not picked up, the package remains in the post office for the next 10 days. When delivering the package, the buyer can be informed of the additional costs of customs and VAT that are charged upon arrival of the shipment in the country of destination. The buyer is obliged to inquire about the conditions and regulations of the same from his customs service before placing the order. From the moment the package leaves the customs of Serbia, all responsibility for delivery passes from the Seller to the Buyer. The customer receives the package number and continues all the necessary communication in the destination country. .
