Online payment

Complaint Policy
All possible complaints will be resolved in accordance with the Rulebook on Resolving Complaints.
The buyer submits a complaint as follows:

- After the buyer reports the complaint electronically, the authorized person at the seller will without delay confirm the receipt of the complaint, register it and notify the buyer of the complaint and the outcome of the complaint within 8 days of its receipt. The resolution of the complaint is 15 days from the moment of its registration.
- The buyer bears the costs incurred in returning the goods. The goods must be delivered in the original packaging to the address Baby Time PR, Radnicka 24, 21000 Novi Sad
- Products must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, the original invoice and the form – statement of withdrawal from the product must be attached.
- You must return the product no later than 14 days from the day you sent the complaint form.
- After receiving the product and professional verification of its correctness, the Seller is obliged to return to the consumer the amount paid by the consumer, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods and a statement of withdrawal
Complaints of damage in transport
It is very important that you immediately report any damage in transport, visible on the product packaging, to the courier who delivers the goods to you. If you notice such damage, do not sign the receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging caused damage to the product itself. If the product is not damaged, sign the receipt of the shipment.
Refund

DELIVERY
The products are packed in an adequate way, so that there is a minimal possibility of damage during transport. Upon delivery, the buyer must check the condition of the shipment and report any damage to the courier. The seller is not responsible for damage to the package during the delivery process.
Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an automatic message confirming the order as well as delivery details, if you do not receive the message it means that the order has not been confirmed. In that case, visit the site again and check if the products are still in the basket and confirm the purchase. It is necessary for us and you to receive an email with the purchase order. DELIVERY OF PACKAGES ON THE TERRITORY OF SERBIA
The period of processing and sending orders on the territory of Serbia is usually 2-5 working days. For all orders created on Fridays and weekends, you can expect delivery within 7 days.
Delivery is made every working day from 8 am to 6 pm. Please ensure that there is a person at the address who can pick up the shipment during this period. After two delivery attempts and a failed delivery, the shipment is returned to the sender.
DELIVERY OF INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
All ordered goods to the countries of the REGION and the EU will be delivered within 10 to 15 working days from the date of shipment. In special cases, the delivery time for all orders can be extended. Baby Time Shop will inform the customer in a timely manner (by e-mail or phone call).
The period of processing and sending abroad is done through the Post of Serbia – international transport. The package is delivered to your home address, if it is not picked up, the package remains in the post office for the next 10 days. When delivering the package, the buyer can be informed of the additional costs of customs and VAT that are charged upon arrival of the shipment in the country of destination. The buyer is obliged to inquire about the conditions and regulations of the same from his customs service before placing the order. From the moment the package leaves the customs of Serbia, all responsibility for delivery passes from the Seller to the Buyer. The customer receives the package number and continues all the necessary communication in the destination country. .

Delivery costs for the EU are according to the table of costs of the Post of Serbia. All international buyers must cover shipping and delivery costs in full for all orders.
